On April 2nd, Ted and I will be embarking on a wonderful adventure to South Africa. Our first stop will be Huenfeld, Germany for a few days to visit some relatives and help celebrate my cousin Pia's 50th birthday.
On April 6th, we will be leaving Germany for our South African adventure. Our itinerary is as follows:
April 7-9 arrive in Johannesburg and pick up car. Villa Ticino Guest House, Sabie
April 9-11 Kruger National Park - Olifants base camp
April 11-12 Kruger National Park - Berg-en-Dal base camp
April 12-13 Swaziland - Hawane Resort
April 13-14 Ubombo - Overwin Country Lodge
April 14-16 Umfolozi Game Reserve - Mpila camp
April 16-18 Durban - Caza Beach B&B, La Lucia
April 18-20 Knysna - Inyathi Guest Lodge (fly from Durban-Port Elizabeth & drive to Knysa)
April 20-21 Oudshoorn - Cul de Sac B&B
April 21-22 Swellendam - Moolmanshof B&B
April 22-23 Hermanus - The Brown Jug B&B
April 23-28 Cape Town - 401 Saratoga apartment
April 29 back in Thunder Bay
Our reason for blogging is so that everyone can see how our adventure is going as it unfolds. I'm hoping that I will get regular access to the internet but I guess we shall see. Hopefully, we can download some pictures as well. Let the adventure begin!!!!!!
